Awards Criteria - Quality MarksIn recognition of excellent building work all entries judged to be at least 50% above industry standard are awarded a Quality Mark (either a Bronze, Silver or Gold depending on the number of points awarded). There is no limit to the number of Quality Marks awarded, as long as each entry achieves the required standard. Bronze Award: The quality of the building work is at least 50% higher than industry standard Silver Award: The quality of the building work is at least 65% higher than industry standard Gold Award: The quality of the building work is at least 80% higher than industry standard Gold Reserve Status: Each year a maximum of 100 entries receive gold reserve status. Only those with a gold award can obtain gold reserve status. Results throughout the country are pooled together and the top three from each category are selected. The remaining available places are given to the highest scoring properties regardless of category to make up the 100 places.
