Having Harwood Homes build my home was a very rewarding, exciting experience. From the moment I visited their showhomes in Tauranga & Papamoa I was convinced they were the building company I wanted to be involved with.
From the initial planning to the building process they listened to what I wanted and guided me with their advice which was sincere and constructive all the way. Their workmen were craftsmen who were excellent in their field and they were always easy to talk with and discuss anything that they felt needed change.
The whole house building process move smoothly from the company sorting building permits to having materials on site as needed. All their workmen and contractors were on time and the building never sat waiting for the next to arrive. Workmanship can be seen in the finished product. I am very happy with the results and love my new home. It’s a home, not just a house.
