Our decision to build with Harwood Homes was made after a visit to "The Lakes" exhibition home. The quality finish, workmanship in the build and the detail in the design, sold Harwood Homes to us.
Our expectation was that we would have no stress. This is exactly what we got. Once we had completed our "Critical Path" everything just fell into place. The most outstanding thing about our build was the efficient way each Contractor arrived, on time, one after the other. There were no hold ups. The builder left, the plumber arrived, then the electrician, then the brickie. All like clockwork. No delays. Overall experience - Great! We would definitely recommend Dave and the "team" because of the professionalism that we experienced. |

We love our home very much. We are so warm. Our Osburn fire is wonderful, the lighting placements excellent, windows and doors all work so well - full marks to Epic. The Conservatory is trapping the sun and warmth in the winter just as we hoped it would. The Scullery is a delight to use and work in. The Kitchen area and solatube is just as we wanted.
The wooden benchtops from "The Woodsmiths" are wonderful. Many surprised and envious comments from almost every visitor. All stroke the lovely wood.
Another outstanding workmanship quality is the tile laying of the walls and particularly the floors in the bathrooms. Double glazing of windows produce wonderful quietness inside. And the computer "nook" just right.
Harwood Homes professionalism really stands out, as we have said above. Thank you for our home.
