Our new home built by Dave Harwood Homes and his chosen team of builders, sub contractors, managers, and consultants, can only be described as totally professional with a five star plus rating.
Our introduction to Dave Harwood was by reputation in winning Master Builders Awards each year and visits to showhomes at The Lakes, Pyes Pa and Papamoa, and a chance to visit a home built by him at Papamoa and speak to the owners. Our choice to have Dave Harwood Homes build our own ‘dream home’ at The Lakes, was completed on time, on budget and we have not been disappointed with this choice. |

I think Dave’s success is partly due to his team of support staff and workers from the builder and sub contractors – to the operations manager who kept constant communication flowing on all aspects of costs and planning, to the building coordinator who was our visual on the ground support to make sure everything is completed to our (and his) expectations, and finally to the colour consultant who brought our home to ‘magic status’ with colour and finishing coordination.
Every member of the ‘build team’ were not only totally professional in their respective trades, but they all communicated with Bev and I so that they could build the best home for us.
Now that the build is complete and we are living in our French influenced dream home, we look around us and say a special thank you to “The Team” at Harwoods and recommend them to others.
