It was time for us to think about down sizing our home while still remain in the same location, when we saw some house & land packages for sale with Harwood Homes. We decided on one particular plan which suited our needs very well so with some modifications agreed on we went ahead and Harwoods built our new home and we moved in at the end of 2017.
The build went really well and we enjoyed the interaction with all of the contractors from asking questions about certain things to them asking us our opinion of others.
From the moment we walked through the door we knew this was to be our forever home and for the year we have been here it was a decision well made.
The house has so much storage, it is very light and airy and offers us a lot of outside living. It is great for guests as their rooms are on the opposite side to ours so offers them privacy while joining us in the open living areas for entertaining.
We love our Harwood Home and are very happy to spend our lives here.
