Initially looking for a property to buy, we frequently observed properties advertised for sale highlighting the home as a “Harwood built home” in its sales and marketing. Unable to find a property we loved, we opted to look at building as an option and approached Harwood Homes who obviously had a reputable name in the housing market.
Robyn was our first point of contact. Her friendly nature, honest advice and overall knowledge soon made the decision to begin building negotiations with Harwood’s an easy one. We had the opportunity to meet Dave Harwood early in the process to discuss plans and our requirements. |

Both Robyn and Dave’s passion for building was clearly evident and we immediately knew we were in good hands.
From the moment the contract was signed we felt fully involved in the building process. A timeline was mapped out and the whole thing went like clockwork. The consultation period with an Interior Designer made the important decisions easy as opposed to frightening. Trevor, our Building Co-ordinator kept everything running on time and no query of ours was ever a problem to him. Trish the Harwood’s Operations Manager was a ‘fountain of knowledge’, able to recommend excellent suppliers for any extras we wanted. Likewise, the individual contractors and companies used by Harwood Homes were brilliant to deal with and we felt they had a genuine interest in us and our home. Their attention to detail was impressive and the quality of workmanship second to none.
