We decided to build a home when we moved to Tauranga but at that time had no knowledge of building companies in the area. After a recommendation and extensive enquiries we decided to build with Harwood Homes, a company that seemed to be well known in the Bay of Plenty as reliable and with an excellent name for quality homes.
We decided on a Harwood mid-range reflection home, this keeping within our budget. |

We then decided to make some changes to the plan to suit our lifestyle and received full support from Harwood staff who spent considerable time with us and gave us excellent advice.
A total package was presented to us, within our budget and with everything included. The project was well managed and it was a pleasure to work with professional and highly skilled tradespeople who kept us well informed during the build.
Giving testimony to the quality of our home it was awarded with a Gold award in the 2008 Tauranga Masterbuilders House of the Year Awards, and went through to become a National Finalist.
Building with Harwood Homes was a decision we won’t regret.
